The Coach
Javier de Sebastián was born and rise in Asturias, a northern region of Spain. He started surfing at the age of 14 (more than 30 years ago). He studied and graduate on Media with Video Production at West London University and worked several years in TV production companies.
In 2010 during a surf trip in Morocco he decided to turn his career and start sharing his passion. Right after returning from the trip he took his qualification of Tecnico Deportivo nivel 1 (level 1 surf coach) with the Spanish surfing association and a couple of years later he did the Second level qualification with the International Surfing Association.
Javi moved to Fuerteventura in 2011 living there since then and has travel and surf in Asia, Indonesia, North Africa and central America.
He is been always interested on surf history, culture and classic surf.
